Most memory foam mattresses I've tried have been too hard for me as a mostly side sleeper this one is so comfortable. No smell, just right support, good quality no noticeable heat retention.
I would describe this mattress as medium-soft on the top layer, with a firm supportive layer underneath. It is the best of both worlds in my opinion. It feels like a really good, highly supportive mattress, with a really good, soft and comfortable topper all rolled into one. Everyone has their preferences when it comes to mattresses, but for me, this is THE one.
I bought for a temporary solution then to be used as a guest bed. It did exceed my expectations as it is quite comfortable. And great for the price. Good buy.
I bought my 3 year old a trundle bed. The main mattress we bought from Costco for more than triple what we bought this mattress and then we bought this for the trundle as we didn’t expect it to be used that much other than by us during bedtime. We were so impressed by the quality and comfort that we bought a second one for his bed at our weekend house. He loves it more than the more expensive mattress (not a knock on the Costco mattress, which is excellent too). Highly recommended. We let it expand for three days before we used it. Others reported a smell, but I could smell a faint scent upon first opening it and it was gone the next day, so I wouldn’t worry about it.

I like the price, the speed of delivery, and the customer service. That said, I ordered the 8" firm and expected a firm mattress. When I sit on the mattress, I sink into the frame. It's comfortable to lay on but doesn't have the support one would expect when ordering a firm mattress. I contacted the company and they verified that they sent the proper mattress. The customer service offered a refund upon proof of my donating the bed in their name to a local charity within 30 days of receipt. I thought that was nice. I'll give it a couple more nights to see how my spine reacts to it before seeking the refund
