I ordered this memory foam mattress to use on the guest room bed. Now that it’s here and set up, I might just have to make the guest room my room! LOL The mattress came compressed and rolled, though it was still plenty large enough to require two people to maneuver and position it. Upon cutting its plastic overwrap, it immediately began expanding to full size. The instructions suggest it may take a day to a few to fully expand, but this one pretty much got to full size within a matter of minutes. For the record, there was no intense smell - it had a light new smell to it, but nothing overpowering or chemical. The queen size fit the queen bed frame perfectly, right up to the corners. I like that the corners are not rounded like a regular mattress would have - that makes a very pleasing look once the sheets and comforter are put on. The mattress is amazingly supportive and conforming, as memory foam is supposed to be. It feels like it’s just a hint on the firmer side, though it still has plenty of give to it. That may soften up a little bit with use, so I’ll update after it’s been in use for a while. The zippered (underside) cover is removable and washable - there again it might take two people to remove and replace it. The mattress is covered by a 10 year warranty, and judging by the initial quality, I fully expect it to last at least that long. I’ll be sleeping on it for a while to update this review with how it feels after a few weeks use and beyond. Overall it’s an excellent quality memory foam mattress that feels amazing right from the start. Recommended with five stars!
This mattress isn't too firm, or too soft, it's just right. I prefer a mattress on the plusher side, but if it is too soft I end up with backaches. This mattress finds the balance between hard and plush. It was packaged well, and it did not off gas and smell up my entire house. The packaging "fragrance" was gone completely within hours. All memory foam has that special smell when opening, but the higher quality products seem to minimize that particular problem. The mattress quickly expanded to its full 10 inches, the cover is pulled taut. The corners are completely flat with the rest of the mattress. So how am I sleeping on this mattress? Very well. A good rule is to give a new mattress a week because your back may have to adjust to it, especially if your last mattress was very old or badly made. I did not have to wait a week. I saw improvement in my sleep quality immediately. I think that the price is extremely reasonable. I have spent as much or more on bad mattresses.

This is a great mattress. It's like most other similar mattresses where it comes wrapped up and vacuum sealed and when you open it it expands. It is somewhat heavy but I was still able to lift it by myself. Overall, a great mattress.
The mattress arrived in packaging that was completely intact. Mattress looks flawless (no loose threads, no scuff marks, very clean), is very comfortable AND had/has ZERO odor* (*unlike other foreign-made mattresses we’ve purchased in the past). So far, we are very impressed.
