This mattress is a great value and good quality. We are using it in our guest room and have received complements on the mattress comfort. I made a mistake in ordering and the customer service provided by the seller has been great. Highly recommend.
My last mattress was purchased 15 years ago and it was $2,500; a Sealy Posturepedic. It was great. So when I was shopping for mattresses now, I was looking at the old style mattresses that range from $1,500 - $4,000. I like a firm mattress. But not a plank. Something really supportive. But has some cushion to it. I liked the idea of “Medium Firm” with a Pillow Top on this mattress. Not too many out there. This mattress from Amazon, manufactured in China…..delivered to my door for about $350. Well, I figured it was probably going to suck, or have a big spring sticking in my back. Or the edges would collapse when I sat in the side of the bed. Or something…..for $350…,it could not be good, But we weee moving and I needed a new mattress. I thought we can buy it and then get a better one in 6 months. And I can put up with the crappy purchase for a few months. Surprise!! Holy heck! It’s been phenomenal! So comfortable. Firm, but has enough padding to be really comfortable. My wife doesn’t feel it when I move. So, I guess that’s like “Independent Suspension”. LOL. The edges don’t collapse any more than my $2,500 mattress….so, not at all. Some of these “Box Mattresses” are 55 lbs - 65 lbs. I bought this because it was heavy….like 140 lbs or similar. I figured it was just made better. And you know what? I was right! LUCKY! But right. Bottom line, I’ve only been sleeping on it for 2-3 weeks. So, I’ll report back in 6 months. But I gotta tell ya, in this world of everyone taking advantage of you and overcharging, and nickel and diming you for virtually everything. I feel like I finally won in a transaction. Absolutely the BEST $350 I’ve spent for the value I received. I took a HUGE chance. Got totally lucky. And am passing along my good fortune. I was looking at Box Mattresses for MONTHS, comparing every specification, reading every review., visiting stores, lying on mattresses, driving to do this stuff too. And I finally bought the cheapest mattress I could find, expecting a terrible experience. But my recommendation…..buy it before they figure out that they should charge more for it. Good mattress but a little springy.
I specifically waited for months to give my comments on the mattress becuase im picky about it. Its been 8 months since the first day i started to use it and im still enjoying it for my sleep. My sleep quality improved and it gives my back great support. Even my dog loves to sleep on this mattress with me at night. It carries some weight when i received it. But all you need to do after is open the box and put on your spring box. In my own experience, it worth every penny.
I was not aware of the difference in a Hybrid vs a traditional coil. and at first was unhappy but after sleeping on the mattress decided what I don't like about it is out weighed by what I do like about it. I sleep well on the Mattress. The customer service team is amazing at responding and answered any questions.
This bed is not comfortable at all. I’m a side sleeper and I wake up with worse back pain with this bed than I did with my previous worn out memory foam mattress. My boyfriend is a back sleeper and a side sleeper and he wakes up with neck pain every night he sleeps in my bed. It’s extremely uncomfortable and do not recommend.
I have a very picky teen who has gone through multiple mattresses that were not comfortable to them. Many that were much more expensive than this one. I apprehensively purchased this one and I am so glad I did! My daughter loves it! Very comfortable, well made and such a great value! Would definitely recommend!
