Love Love Love this mattress! :0) It was in a box, inside was a plastic bag rolled up, that once cut with scissors released the air keeping it as flat as a pancake! Once all of the plastic was removed, it started to rise. About 24 hours later, we were looking at a fully filled in Queen mattress that’s so soft and yet firm. It’s the perfect value & quality for our guest bedroom bed. Thanks, as always Amazon, for carrying such great products to meet our needs…..and want! :0)
The ad is accurate as far as firmness. If you like you're bed firm this is for you. Opened up quickly. Bought this bed for spare room for when my aunt came to visit over Thanksgiving. She has a bad back so as gonna be an interesting test. She loved it, never woke up sore. She slept on it for 11 nights. Now I've been sleeping on it for a week due to taking care of my dog durning the night and I live it too. Seems to be keeping it shape thus far. Great bed.
Although I did not receive the correct size and I cannot find a way to contact the seller, I will say the mattress is worth the buy because it’s simply the most comfortable mattress I’ve had in a very long time. If you have a curved back or sink into your mattress causing back aches…. This mattress forces your body to align no sinking. I don’t disturb the person next to me if I get in and out of bed. I also had a cup on the bed that did not budge when I moved. I would purchase another in the future.
